Crafting
A Pizza Style Like No Other — Brought to Your Neighborhood
Via 313 was founded by brothers Brandon and Zane Hunt, who grew up eating square pizza in Detroit, Michigan. When they moved to Texas and couldn't find anything that reminded them of home, they decided to do something about it. Armed with family recipes and an unyielding passion, they started making pies out of their apartment.
Word spread fast. What began as a humble trailer operation at Austin's farmers markets quickly became a sensation. People lined up for hours just to get a taste of the thick, airy dough, the rich tomato "racing stripe," and those impossibly caramelized cheese edges that define true Detroit-style pizza.
Today, Via 313 proudly serves Round Rock and beyond — still using the same soul-driven recipes, still committed to the same quality, and still just as passionate about sharing a piece of Detroit with every single guest.
